Delivery time: CCA 5 – 6 weeks from order. A more precise delivery date will be sent to you by email upon order confirmation.

All car covers are sewn according to the customer’s specific requirements and the car’s configuration.

Transport

We ship goods throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Shipping costs for shipments:

Czech Republic: 174 CZK cash on delivery, payment by transfer and credit card 144 CZK Balíkovna: payment by card or transfer 99 CZK cash on delivery 129 CZK

GLS: CZK 174 cash on delivery, payment by transfer or credit card CZK 144

GLS Parcelshop 110,- CZK

SR: 360 CZK
We provide transportation using the services of the Czech Post – Balík Do Ruky, Balíkovna, GLS delivery to the address, GLS parcelshop. We ship to Slovakia using GLS.

Personal collection

Ordered car covers and other car accessories can be picked up at our location: Autopotahy Taso, Havlíčkova 1444, 293 01 Mladá Boleslav

For personal collection, always wait for information that your order has been processed and the goods are ready for pickup.

Payment

Payment for goods is possible in the following ways:

Cash – when picking up in person at our establishment, we only accept cash.

Cash on delivery – payment for the shipment of goods to the carrier

By transfer – payment of the advance invoice before delivery

Return of goods

The Buyer, in accordance with the provisions of Section 1829, paragraph 1 of the Civil Code, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the goods. Withdrawal from the purchase contract must be demonstrably delivered to the Seller within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the goods, to the Seller’s e-mail address info@autopotahytaso.cz.
This sample withdrawal form can be used.

According to the provisions of Section 1837 of Act 89/2012 Coll., withdrawal is not possible in the listed cases. For custom-made car covers, point d) applies to the delivery of goods that have been modified according to the consumer’s wishes or for his person.

Complaint

All complaints should be sent to e-mail: info@autopotahytaso.cz or phone: 326 729 372. For faster processing of the complaint, it is advisable to send photos that will make it clear what the problem is. The complaint does not apply to color deviations of the material on the website and the real situation. Possibility of sending samples on request or we will refer you to our business partner in your place of residence, who has a sample book of materials available.

We handle complaints promptly, no later than 30 days from the delivery of the complaint package. Please send complaints to the following address: Havlíčkova 1444, 29301 Mladá Boleslav.

A complete fabric sample book is available at our office: Havlíčkova 1444, 29301 Mladá Boleslav. Individual fabric samples can also be viewed at our business partners throughout the Czech Republic.
